Is Opera Touch dead?

Ever since the first day I installed Opera Touch ,I kept encountering the same problem: My Flow simply doesn't connect.
I checked the forums and the latest reply is in 2018.
So I'm here to ask whether opera touch is dead and won't fix this problem.
If not, I'm here to submit this bug again.
Hopefully you'll see and fix it.Country : Mainland China
Opera Version: Opera GX LVL 1 (core: 66.0.3515.111)
Opera Touch Version: 2.3.0
Windows Version: Windows 10 home 1903 -

@darthnathan7 Touch was update a few days ago, at least for beta testers. And My Flow is working fine here.
