[Solved] Youtube videos sometimes look like my gpu is damaged

I am using windows 10 and the latest version of opera but this issue is going on for 5-6 months. Videos go on for 5-10 seconds like that.

Goto the URL opera://settings/system, turn off hardware acceleration, restart Opera and try again.
