At the URL opera://flags/#force-color-profile, did you try the other scRGB option just to see if it works?

In Windows display settings, what's it so for Color Profile? Try loading the "Color Management" app and add and set the sRGB IEC61966-2.1 ICC profile for your monitor. Then, put the force color profile back to defaults.

        Restart computer too.

If that doesn't work, close Opera, launch a command prompt and run:

        "C:\Program Files\Opera\launcher.exe" --disable-gpu

to disable all gpu stuff to see if that works. See opera://about for the install location and just the path to your launcher.exe.

Do you get the same issue in Opera Developer and Opera Beta at https://www.opera.com/download?

What program has that shortcut registered in Windows? Is your display driver or something that changes color profiles?
