Hi,
You are maybe too busy to realize it, but, you dedicate lots of energy and time rewriting the same first step for different Topics.
Would you prefer to use default Topic Templates instead of write them every time?
Maybe you've already taken this in count but doesn't like it?

- Android - GBoard Keyboard
They has Stickies.
For personal devices that's comfortable / faster than run and keep Notes open.
For i/MacOS, Linux, I don't know which app.
