I need to sync my "Initial page" of Opera with all my notebooks. It's possible? How can I do that? Thank you.

If you mean the speed dials, they are in other speed dials.

@cesarnr You need to move the entries from other speed dials to speed dials in the bookmarks manager page

The speed dials aren't automatically filled in the start page
