Bottom's toolbar appearing looks flickering (white) during scrolling in dark mode.

If I select 'Hide when scrolling' for the toolbars in Settings and the dark theme is active (I set 'Follow system in theme settings', but the same happens if I select 'Dark theme'), the bottom's toolbar upper edge looks flickering white while it appears.
The same happens while the keyboard appears, but in this case it looks much worse (similar to flashbang).
Both issues are quite annoying.
I didnt'record it, just schematically edited the screenshot. Android 8.1 (Samsung Experience 9.5) Maybe someone can confirm that.
