Smooth scrolling with Battery saver on

Could we please get an option or flag to enable smooth scrolling with battery saver on?
I want to use the battery saver feature but cannot handle the choppy scrolling and frame rate.
opera://flags/#smooth-scrolling does nothing.
WIN10-64 Opera 66.0.3515.44 Norwegian. HWA on.

For those of you enabling Battery saver in browser; don't you find the choppy scrolling annoying?
Considering the multitude of flags available, it would be natural to have one option for this.

Don’t know what you have done – after R2020 update scrolling with Battery saver on is smooth and nice.
I could not see it mentioned in any change log but thank you – much appreciated to finally have a smooth feed.
That being said; I wonder if Battery saver mode is actually working in 67.0.3575.31 – because all time estimates are as if mode is disabled.
What test can be done to confirm that Battery saver is active?
