I want to use the battery saver feature but cannot handle the choppy scrolling and frame rate.

opera://flags/#smooth-scrolling does nothing.

WIN10-64 Opera 66.0.3515.44 Norwegian. HWA on.

Don’t know what you have done – after R2020 update scrolling with Battery saver on is smooth and nice.

I could not see it mentioned in any change log but thank you – much appreciated to finally have a smooth feed. ❤

That being said; I wonder if Battery saver mode is actually working in 67.0.3575.31 – because all time estimates are as if mode is disabled.

What test can be done to confirm that Battery saver is active?

Considering the multitude of flags available, it would be natural to have one option for this.
