Opera Android can't sync high numbers of passwords

Hi, i have a problem, i'm using Opera on my PC and switched from Chrome, i have roughly 1500 passwords saved. The problem is that on Android it can't sync the passwords, everytime i restart my Opera app (Not the Mini), the browser has to redownload the passwords, and it takes like 5-10 minutes. There is a way to save the passwords in local on Android so it doesn't need to refresh everytime?

@BokiP Passwords are saved locally, some people are just having issues on passwords list taking a long time to show up.

@BokiP That's the question. Here, for example, it loads kinda fast.

@leocg Even on Android? It takes me like 10-20 seconds now that i have cleared most of the passwords. Before with 1700 passwords around 3-10 minutes...

@BokiP Sometimes it may take a few seconds, sometimes it shows up immediately.
