Overlay Scrollbar Removed??

What do you did guys? Why? This flag is the best one, and If you are tring to be better then chrome firefox and edge, I think you have to keep the best functions of chrome not simple copy they steps.
Someone tried some solution to enable again?
I tried in command-line (linux/unix) =

opera --enable-features=OverlayScrollbar,OverlayScrollbarFlashAfterAnyScrollUpdate,OverlayScrollbarFlashWhenMouseEnter

Don't work but in Chromium works...
