Hello Alyoshin,

It seems that Opera Moderators are (at least widely) bots.
We have the same issue and the only information we found is this one : https://forums.opera.com/topic/35488/omnibox-issue
It was at the top of the page when we published the extension. You should probably have something like this (you can submit a new version to see it again).

If you have informations or find a way to contact the moderators, please write it here or on our issue to notify us, we'll do the same.

Unfortunately, we forum moderators have nothing to do with extensions (other than trying to prevent spam comments).
