It used to work great, but doesn't appear to function anymore. The HD symbol is grayed out and the quality doesn't change automatically.

It works very well now. You have to remove the check mark from the 1st proposal (Do not change video quality if an HD quality is selected and the preferred quality is also HD) which is set automatically, because if you want 1080p (which you have chosen at the top), but there is 1440p , you will get 1440p

Works just great, but I have 1 advice... the menu it is barely visible in dark mode
