If you are having problems with video
stuttering etc
and you are still running win 7
that is the problem
upgrade to win 10 and it goes away

And the meek will inherit the earth... If that's alright with you...

but seems Win 10 upgrade didnt actually fix it.
video playback is much better but I still get buffering at odd moments
in youtube
works fine in Edge
works fine in netflix
something is definately not right with opera and video

What version of Windows 10? Do you have 1903 or 1909?

Strange thing is its only certain videos
many work fine
but as soon as i get one that starts the stuttering buffering thing
if i open it in edge it plays fine
