stuttering etc
and you are still running win 7
that is the problem
upgrade to win 10 and it goes away

Strange thing is its only certain videos
many work fine
but as soon as i get one that starts the stuttering buffering thing
if i open it in edge it plays fine

but seems Win 10 upgrade didnt actually fix it.
video playback is much better but I still get buffering at odd moments
in youtube
works fine in Edge
works fine in netflix
something is definately not right with opera and video
