HTTP ERROR 503 on Outlook

I am trying to access the outlook website (to see my emails) and cannot access it, this error appears. I have 3 Opera GX installed on my computer and the other 2 are running Outlook perfectly, only one of them is giving this error. I already cleaned the cookies and nothing worked.

@VicQueiroz I did a little research and it seems to me that the problem needs to be fixed on server side.
