Opera vpn is not available in some countries

In our country, we had inappropriate access to free flow of information based on government policies. Opera VPN would have solved this problem well until recently our government decided to augmentation filters, so we have trouble to accessing free flow of information.

We would be grateful to solve this problem (free flow of information) for us.

@mroot In countries where access to VPN are/may be blocked, Opera VPN is/may be unavailable since it probably can't be used.
