It's been reported as resolved on Opera 60.0.3255.27, but I still have the issue with opera v65.0.3467.62. So the isse has clearly not been resolved yet.

@korhaneker @nurv i dunno if this is a bug been fixed or not but no problem here in latest stable build..
ya might try this..
reset the theme to default, shut off the browser, and then run it and set the theme back to your choice..

The problem is also on a new pc with a clean installation of windows 10 and an Opera browser.I found that when you first click on a form field's ok, but the second click the error appears.
