The problem is also on a new pc with a clean installation of windows 10 and an Opera browser.

I found that when you first click on a form field's ok, but the second click the error appears.

ya might try this..

reset the theme to default, shut off the browser, and then run it and set the theme back to your choice..

So the isse has clearly not been resolved yet.
