opera dont save passords -win10, solution...(12.2019)

Somehow windows asked me on what network i am? public or private and i misclicked public and then firewall set my network settings as i am on a public network and by that blocking some settings on opera(saving passwords is one)...changing my network settings back to private network, all got back to normall...saving works as usuall.
Was having problem with this for few weeks and couldn't find solution, so if someone has this problem...try this.
