[Solved]Flag option to hide scrollbars gone?

Did they just removed in some recent update option to hide scrollbars in flags setting? I remember there was some option for it but I cant find it anymore.

Can someone confirm?

Not a big deal for me, but its still a shame they are removing it from chromium.
