Can not open Opera Flow in web browser

I can open the opera flow from both my opera touch (android) and also opera GX (windows),
but everytime I tried to open opera flow in my normal opera browser (windows), it keeps redirect me to https://www.opera.com. I tried to disable and enabled the opera flow function, but nothing happened. My opera version is 64.0.3417.92. I tried to emergency reset the opera flow but it seems to just keep loading and nothing happened. Can anyone help me with this issues? Thanks in advancce.
