how I can recover the Menü point in my opera, without loosing the saved bookmarks and saved pages?

Not sure what you mean by "recover the Menu point."

The menu is there where you click on the Opera logo in the upper right of the browser. Your bookmarks should be in bookmarks folder on the speed dial.
