When I download some big file and take long the download, and I put download on "PAUSE" state, OS task manager tell me that power usage is 100%. I have tested several times this issue ... it is normal ? When I resume the download, everything is going normal.

      My opera version is: 64.0.3417.83

Confirmed. I can start download http://releases.ubuntu.com/19.10/ubuntu-19.10-desktop-amd64.iso and pause it. According to Windows Task Manager my CPU usage for Opera jumps to 33-40% and 100%+ in Opera's task manager. Resuming makes the CPU usage go back to normal.

I'm not seeing the issue in Opera Beta and Opera Developer though. Maybe the issue is already fixed/gone.

That is good news, to be solved in future version ... I wonder how will take to release next version ?

Can you test in Opera Beta and Developer to confirm that they don't have the issue?
