Tabs Selecting tab with mouse

Is it possible to select the browser tab doing movement of cursor to "toutch" the top edge of the screen (with the maximized window) and switch to the selected tab, as if you clicked X (closing the window - just slide to upper right corner without any precise aiming)?

Are you asking for "Disable tab bar's top spacing when browser window is maximized" setting?
