Tab Switching Problem

Using Opera 54 on Android 6.0
Adblocker & Data Saving is ON.
Problem:-
If I open any webpage in a new tab then that following new tab doesn't load the webpage until I go to that new tab. It's annoying. That new tab should load the webpage in the background.
Another one is, Everytime I switch tab to a new one and then go back to the previous tab then that previous tab being automatically refreshed always without my permission. That's heck of a pain & much annoying.
Looking for some improvements..
