Black theme

I guess someone already said this before, but It would be nice if the dark theme could be really dark as the dark theme of Chrome by this I mean black not dark) or we could personalize more the browser, I think it's really missing this attending to the community. A good example of this is: Vivaldi. Very good and personalizable, Opera is already very very good, we miss the customization freedom.
