Make Extensions out of the Sidebar Elements

Not everyone needs all the Chat Sidebar Implementations that come with Opera.
It would be better to make Extensions out of them so the User can choose what they want to use.

Its similar with Opera GX which has Twitch implemented into the Sidebar. It would be great if we could get that for the regular Opera Version too. Not everyone needs this but as Extension it would be fine.

@djplaya You know you can right click on the side bar and disable what you don't want to use, right?

@leocg Yea, but that just disables ist. The System still isent Modular and the Twitch Feature is still bound to Opera GX.
