Opera live wallpaper changed automatically

I have been using opera GX and suddenly my live wallpaper has changed to a normal one. Also now I am unable to set it back as it does not allow me to select my webM video file.
Also, how can I upload my own wallpaper Add on on opera store, and before anybody gives me the guideline page link, I wanted you to know that I have skimmed through that and did not find relevant requirements to publish my add on live wallpaper.
also, just to be sure, the format of live wallpaper should be webM, right?
If yes, then why am I getting an error saying that file format not supported when I upload on the add on store? -
