Opera browser - Tab bar - 1 px top hidden line

After the new update when the browser is in full screen, the new tab button '+' on the tab bar seems to have an invisible 1 pixel top line.
Hovering the mouse on the button, you can not click if the mouse is touching the top of the screen. Whereas this used to work previously.

OS - Windows 10
Opera version - 63.0.3368.53

It's a known issue though. Watch for DNA-80400 in the changelogs.

Fix in Opera Developer. https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/changelog-for-65/#b3430.0. If the fix doesn't get backported to stable, you might have to wait till Opera 65 reaches stable.
