I'm not sure I understand what you're trying to do. What browser are you using right now? Opera 22? Opera 12.17? Another browser. Where do you want to reinstall your bookmarks too. What browser? Now this re-installation of Windows should be no problem. You just save your browser profile to a Flash drive or to the cloud if you have that capacity, and then after you reinstall Windows, you reinstall the same browser, and then copy the profile into the profile of the browser, per the discussion below.

It's weird that opera doesn't have a way to export bookmakrs and i need to do this tricky part..
is there a way i can save them as HTML file and input them in Firefox? -

With Opera 12.17 you can copy the bookmarks to HTML. With Opera 22 you cannot within Opera itself. You can try copying the Opera bookmark file in Opera 22 to the profile of Chrome and from there (from Chrome) copy the bookmarks to HTML, and import them to Firefox. So it can be done. Haha, where there's a will, there's a way. You just piggyback on the Chrome ability to copy bookmarks to HTML and get your bookmarks to Firefox.
It's not weird really. In switching browser engines from Opera Presto to Opera Blink, Opera has had to begin re-programming the new Opera from scratch. It takes a lot of work, and there are many. priorities to get accomplished. So in the face of no doubt conflicting priorities, this feature hasn't yet been implemented.
But really, stay with Opera! ;)))
