First Time Opening Daily, LONG Delay Before Speed Dial Appears

Opera 62.0.3331.116 interminably slow on opening first time in the morning, taking close to 25 seconds before Speed Dial icons appear. This behavior has been displayed for the past few iterations of stable Opera. In addition, when viewing a web page and then clicking on the Speed Dial icon (4 little squares) upper left corner, the appearance of the Speed Dial home page is delayed also. PLEASE fix this.
