@gliceriojr Yes. On all websites.
In the Turn Off the Lights Options page, you can enable the Night Mode feature. And you can customize it to your personal Dark Mode theme. That is for the background, text, hyperlink, and button color.For more information see this YouTube video tutorial:

Hi @sierran7
It is normal that all Opera extensions do not work on the Opera-addons page.
That is the same for other web browsers too, such as Google Chrome on the Chrome Web Store, and Microsoft Edge on the Edge add-ons gallery. That is for security reasons that is set by the web browser vendor itself.If you have any questions or need help, please use the support page at

Is the Opera addon abandoned? Because the last update seems to be from 3 years ago, while the Chrome one seems to be still maintained. Should I uninstall the Opera addon and install Chrome equivalent instead?

The both Turn Off the Lights browser extensions (Google Chrome and Opera) use the same Manifest V2 engine.
However, a big update is coming for Google Chrome and Opera, that to Manifest V3. That is available in beta in the Chrome Web Store.If you have any questions or need help, please use the support page at
