When installing Opera GX,the installer stops at ''Installing for the actual user''

@sw4tb01 Did you try running the installer as admin? What about changing the install location?

I'm having a similar error. When it's almost done, it says "A problem occurred installing Opera!". Neither online and offline in different installer location and running as administrator fixes the error. I'm using as OS Windows 10 Pro, version 1909.
