Windows phone 8/8.1 is getting one of the most popular smart phones operating system..
here's lots of users want to get OPERA browser on their WP platform...
Besides Windows phone 8.1 is totally different and new WP OS..
in this updates there's now so easy and user friendly API and SDK are available for the developers to build
their apps easily and now this API is more open than Windows phone 7 which was very restricted os...
