The extension requires account creation via their site which was simple enough, however. it did not get off to a good start because it would NOT let me SAVE my privacy requirements, it has a fake Analytics only button which it is effectively forcing you to use if you do not want to allow all, but the all is the analytics so just misleading people deliberately. This type of behaviour should tell you something about the ethics of the developer, they want to sell your data.
Next we have the VPN itself, it does not have a global ON/OFF, it requires you to go to the site (exposing your IP) and then choose what country you want your session to use. I have around 12,000 sites in my password manager so you can imagine this was going to be tedious.
Then there is the 5 minute timer, most VPN's offer an hour and allow you to reconnect without ever exposing your IP, this one does 5 minutes and I was not prepared to test whether they were going to keep me safe.
The final straw that made be disable and shortly DELETE this CR-APP is that when I went to an email site it said this site requires specialized servers SUBSCRIBE to PREMIUM. It was just the 2nd site I visited with the VPN, what a crock of kaka, the whole thing is just a con to get you to subscribe so is not a FREE VPN, at best it is a 5 minute trial VPN that grabs your data and shares it via all the so called "partners"
I have wasted an hour getting this working only to find it is not what is described (free) and it is worthless at just 5 minutes use. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DO NOT INSTALL.
