Please add the opera mini Data Saving option on Opera for PC

Currently Im working using the mobile data on my pc to connect to internet, the reason I chose Opera for working is that has an amazin ads blocker, and the main raison I chose all day mini opera to navigate on my phone is the Data Saving option. This option on Opera for PC will mark a huge difference agains its competitors.

@miggy92 It was called Opera Turbo and was removed kinda recently.

@miggy92 Don't know. Maybe because it turned into something obsolete? Or maybe because very few people were using it.
