When I click the logo on my taskbar it adds a new logo to the right of it to show that I have it open hence showing two logos on my taskbar.
Normal Opera browser uses a single logo even after you open the browser.

Noticed that myself just yesterday. Hopefully it'll be fixed before anything like a Beta, though you could file an actual bug report if you like.
