Youtube stutter on Ubuntu 18.04

After many years I decided to use Opera again and I am really thrilled how fast and good looking this browser is. I just have one tiny problem with Youtube videos. FullHD 60fps videos work great, 30fps videos work great too but 24fps stutter a bit. It's not like some big, crazy stuttering but it is definitely there. 24fps videos are just not smooth. Monitor is 60Hz and Mozilla Firefox plays these videos smoothly. Hardware acceleration is on and "Override software rendering list" flag is enabled cause my PC is not so great and with these settings Opera feels so smooth and fast. Can something be done to make Opera adjust refresh rate according to fps of played video?
