Excellent, been using it for what seems like a decade now. Not many issues and the team is quick to fix them. Seriously don't know what I would do without it, probably stop using the internet altogether since its become more and more driven by ads and invasive trackers and other privacy violating probes from corporations everywhere. Not even browsing Wikipedia is safe these days without something like Ghostery, and as far as such extensions go this is my number 1 choice.

- : STANDS - Stands Free AdBlocker (formerly Stands Fair Adblocker) ... és mindenképpen: Malwarebytes ! A Ghostery-t főleg az automatikus süti kezelésre (elutasításra) használom. * ui.: ha gond adódna vele, akkor ID megnézése, Developer mode, Load unpacked a megfelelő \AppData\ ... mappából! Most nekem csak így működik Brave-en és van olyan akinek Opera-n nem működik: remélem javítjátok!

been using this for years and it helps me navigate through all the shady websites I visit on a daily basis, I feel protected.

As of today 17th March 2026, YouTube is now again detecting it because any video just reloads and hang in an infinite loop. It went normal after I turned Ghostery off (albeit with all ads loading now).

Unfortunately, the add-on doesn't work at all with Opera and YouTube.
Either it displays ads, or it crashes completely and gets stuck in an endless loop. -

Doesn't work on Opera GX Profiles (Instances). It only works on the main profile - on any other instance of the browser opera keeps disabling it immediately after installing, saying "we have detected this extension as malicious". Repairing, uninstalling and reinstalling causes the same error. Please make it work!
