How to set speed dial as start page

Anyone know how to set the speed dial to be the start page..
Been through all the setting, or did I miss something.

Even though you put it in the form of a question, thank you for this answer it helped.
I've been wondering how to make speed dial my start page again and get rid of the annoying gamer headlines tab and this was the fix. Not intuitive, obvious or even readily apparent, but "GX corner in sidebar" setting works.
