@leocg there is an Downloads option in main menu
when clicks on it it is better to be opened as narrow panel like the main menu window size my mean is swapped as Downloads panel after tapping on it
of course u can predict an status bar on opera vpn and shows recent Download task is downloading instead showing it on Android notification panel
