It's working again. I'm not sure exactly when they fixed it. But it's working again. Hurrah.
I was never worried. I been using different Youtube downloaders over the years and Youtube always makes changes that can break things and need to be fixed again. That's just how it is. lol

Unfortunately SaveFrom.net helper v8.40 stopped working with the initial release of Opera 63, i.e. v63.0.3368.35. Here's hoping for an update of this nice plugin.

Hello savefrom,

thank you for getting back to me so quickly.

When running Opera v63.0.3368.35 64-bit on Windows 10 64-bit and visiting youtube.com, your plugin does not provide any download options when clicking on the savefrom.net download button which is located under the video area. The dropdown list only shows the initial entry "Download ...", but it does not get filled with the usual entries for video and audio files.

Please note the the issue is most probably related to Opera, as I learned later on that most of my installed plugins stopped to work. After reverting back to Opera v62.0.3331.116 all plugins worked normally again, including "savefrom.net helper".

I already posted a report at the related site at Operas blogs (https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2019/08/opera-63-initial-release/).
