Good Bye Opera

I was using Opera since year 2000. When you decide to release this new version, based on chromium, without any of the excellent features of Opera 12, i´ve decide to wait. But, until now, there is no sign of bringing back the functionalities of Opera 12 to the new version. So, since last month i decide to stop using Opera, and started to use Firefox. Not as good as Opera 12, but very customizable. With 3 add-ons, Firefox works like my Opera 12, and with the new updates, is now my new browser. Unfortunately, Opera 22 is just a shadow of the old good Opera. I´m no happy to leave Opera, but you, the development team need to know that you destroy all the good things that made Opera 12 the best browser.

Firefox is a browser of extensions. If you're happy with what you are getting with it that's great. But the new Opera also can use extensions -- every one in the Opera store, and also, almost all of the extensions in the Chrome store, as long as you have the Opera extension called, "Download Chrome Extension." I don't know if you were aware of that. So it can give you a lot of extension customization, even as Firefox can. The new Opera is also very fast -- probably faster than Firefox, and has other wonderful features, such as a wonderful Speed Dial with folders.
They also noted that if you keep the browser open a lot, Opera Blink is the best choice because "initial page loads are the quickest of all the browsers tested."
I find Opera 22 terrific, and I was a longtime user of Opera Presto. Now Opera 22 is in the process of being reprogrammed, so check back on it again. And best of luck with Firefox.

You know that since you didn't give any kind of useful feedback (only vague statements and "good bye") your topic will be closed real soon, right?
