Unable to load addon

Greetings,
Please advise:
I am trying to upload an addon. When I click 'Upload Addon', I got 'Please verify your email' complaint. I have verified my email multiple times. What is the issue?

Found a simple trick to bypass the issue.
Get another email. Change the Opera email to the new email. Verify. Then change it back to original email and verify again.
