Requiring usage of some flags at Opera 52.4

I am testing Android X86 in a Samsung Nf210 laptop (Intel Atom N455 CPU, 2GB RAM, SSD 60 GB). This works at Linux Mint 19.1 with recent desktop versions, using some tweaks via command line because they are not present at Opera flags menu (zero copy on, native gpu memory buffers and a light tweak on rasterization threads). As you figure, Android version has even less options and unlike Mint, i have no option to use this flags with default capabilities of Android.
Can i get some tips or apps to make this task? Test machine has Android 7.1 and is rooted.
