O22: whats about the History Provider Cache?

can anybody explain whats about the "History Provider Cache" in Opera Profile?
in this file, there are some searchsuggestions, also some personal entries?
if I delete the file, after restart Opera build a new one...?

If there are search suggestions, maybe it comes because you have in Alt P, Privacy and Security, a check in, "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar."
You can test it, but my guess would be that if you delete the file, but keep a check in "Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar," Opera will restart the file.
