what do you mean? For example, in Yandex browser this function is implemented, it is very convenient to use it.

Maybe I did not put it right? I do not know how to explain it correctly. There is a main video window, and in Opera there is a function that creates another video window, which can be watched by switching tabs, and even by folding the opera. I think it would be very nice to add a full-screen function to this remote window.
so that you can expand the screen in a collapsed state of the browser. -

@kyleartman Video pop out is for you to watch a video while doing other things in the computer, so a button to turn on fullscreen doesn't really make sense.

@leocg I think it makes sense that everything that is used by the user and is convenient for him. As a user, I say that it would be convenient for me and would make work easier, often to turn on the full screen, I have to go back to the main page of the video, turn off the pop-up window, and then start the full screen. It is not comfortable.
I believe that this function will in no way spoil the functionality of the pop-up window and can be implemented for the sake of those users who really need it.
