Import express panel

How can I set express panel from other computer? I've made synchronisation. And there are 3 different express panels in my personal cabinet. How to import required one?

@platonio In Opera for desktops, go to the bookmarks manager page and copy the content to the 'Speed Dial' folder. Or to the folder with the name of the device you want.
