Opera GX bug? Opera GX is not staying pinned to the task bar also snapping issues

Hello, I don't know if there's a megathread or not for bugs, but every time I restart my PC running the latest version of Windows 10 1903, Opera GX is unpinned.
Also could you make the snapping of tabs back into an already open window easier? I move tabs from screen to screen fairly often and they're not snapping into an existing window very smoothly, takes some fiddling around with it to get it to work.
Other than that, loving the browser so far!

We've had several reports about Opera GX - and even regular Opera - not staying pinned. One user thinks it is due to the latest Windows update (1904) ... all I can say for sure is I haven't seen it. Then again, I use the "All users" install rather than the single user install, and that may be a difference.
No idea about moving tabs between windows. Especially on different screens. Though remember this is a fairly early preview still.
