I would like to find out why my account was banned?

Maybe your email service/cliente had blocked it?

Probably because it was never confirmed

Dear Moderators. I've the same problem od the thread. I requested my account to be deleted but now when I try to sign up again the system tells me:

USER BANNED

Uh?! Why? Some trouble with database? Could you please delete my username and mail from your database so I can re-sign up again? Old data are:

[account credentials removed]

Please, could you also delete my email and/or ID from this post for privacy reasons once you've read the message. Thank you for the support and the browser! Keep the good work, guys!

Sorry, but that user name isn't valid for this forum. It might be, that it's part of MyOpera and locked somewhere in old databases, but unfortunately I can't help you with that.

Thank you very much for your kind answer Christoph142. So, we've got bad news here... Yes, you are right, that user ID and mail were part of my old opera 12 (was it 12?) "MyOpera" account. Are there any chance to use my actual Gmail email address? Thank you for the support, have a nice day.

I've just made a try to create a new account. It seems it's the email the problem: the system says "this email is already used by another account". Damn?! But I can't cancel my old MyOpera account because...I can't login anymore (user banned). Uff, I'm afraid I have to do an Opera linked new Gmail account.
